            一、冷作模具特性規定

            1.模具的耐磨性能
            1. Wear resistance of die
            模具在45鋼錠定制運行時,表層余胚料中間造成無數次磨擦,模具務必在這樣的情況下仍能維持較低的外表粗糙度值和較高的規格,防止初期無效。

            因為模具材料的強度和機構是危害模具耐磨性的主要要素,因而為了更好地提升冷作模具的抗磨性能,通常規定模具強度高過零件加工強度30%~50%,原材料的機構為淬火奧氏體貨下馬氏體,其上遍布勻稱、細微的顆粒狀滲碳體。要做到此目地,45鋼錠現貨鋼材牌號太的質量濃度一般都是在0.60%以上。

            4cr13模具鋼模具材料的延展性,要依據模具工作中標準來巨鼎,針對受明顯沖擊負載的模具,如冷作模具的模座、冷鐓模具等,因手沖擊負載比較大,余姚高的延展性;針對一般工作中標準下的冷作模具,通常接到的是小動能多次沖擊負載的功效,模具的無效方式是大批量破裂,因而模具無須具備過高的沖擊韌性值。
