一般來說,塑膠模具鋼材在出廠前,都是現已進行了熱處理的,其熱處理不僅易于拋光,并且能保證加工后獲得較高的形狀和尺寸精度。但是因為模具使用的不斷廣泛,關于模具的壽命和精度要求都很高時,就需要對型腔進行滲氮等外表處理或者 對內模鑲件進行熱處理。

其熱處理過程如下:

1、淬火。
1. Quenching.

需要將塑膠模具鋼材加熱Ac3或Ac1以上某一溫度,保溫,然后再進行快速冷卻后,可獲得馬氏體或者是下貝氏體安排。
The plastic mold steel needs to be heated to a certain temperature above AC3 or AC1, kept warm, and then quickly cooled to obtain martensite or lower bainite.


2、回火。
2. Tempering.
將淬火后的塑膠模具鋼材進行加熱到Ac1以下某一溫度,然后保溫到安排轉變后,再進行冷卻到室溫。
Heat the quenched plastic mold steel to a temperature below AC1, and then heat it until it is arranged to change, and then cool it to room temperature.
3、退火。
3. Annealing.
將塑膠模具鋼材加熱到恰當的溫度,保溫到必定時刻,然后再緩慢冷卻到室溫。
Heat the plastic mold steel to the appropriate temperature, keep it warm for a certain time, and then slowly cool it to room temperature.
4、正火。
4. Normalize.
將塑膠模具鋼材進行加熱到Ac3或AcGM以上30~50℃,保溫必定時刻,然后于在停止空氣中進行冷卻。
Heat the plastic mold steel to 30 ~ 50 ℃ above AC3 or ACGM for a certain time, and then cool it in the stop air.
