        模具鋼加工參數,由高碳低合金鋼制成的模具通常在較低的溫度(120-200℃)下回火,當需要較高的彈性時,回火溫度可以提高到300-350℃。
        Processing parameters of die steel: dies made of high carbon and low alloy steel are usually tempered at a lower temperature (120-200 ℃). When higher elasticity is required, the tempering temperature can be increased to 300-350 ℃.

        回火時間對高碳低合金鋼硬度的變化趨勢基本一致,即回火保溫時間越長,硬度略低,因此回火時間一般為2-4h,對于一些大型模具,可適當延長回火時間。
