            冷作模具鋼在工作的時候,因為被加工的材料的變形抗力比較大。模具的工作部分承受的壓力、彎曲力、沖擊力及摩擦力很大。因此為了冷作模具往往因為磨損以及因斷裂、崩力和變形超差而提前失效。 因此在選擇冷作模具鋼時需選擇具有高的硬度和耐磨性、高的抗彎強度和足夠的韌性的冷作模具鋼,用以保證沖壓過程的順利進行。
